Tuition FAQs:


Is tuition refundable? Tuition is non-refundable. However, students can drop in on any age appropriate class within 3 weeks of the missed class.


Is tuition prorated if I join late in the session? Tuition is NOT prorated when students register for class after its start date. However, students can make-up any missed classes by dropping in on any age appropriate class within the registered session.


How long to I have to join? Registration is open until week six of each session.


When are tuition fees due and how are they charged? Each session's tuition can be paid all at once, or broken into 2 or 4 payments. If you would like to take advantage of our 2 and 4 payment options, your account MUST be set to AUTO PAY, and a $5 fee applies to each broken payment (so if you choose 4 payments, $5 will be added to each of the four invoices). Invoices are sent out via E-mail on the 10th of each month, and are due by the 20th of each month. 


How do I make a payment? You can set your account up for AUTO PAY to have your payments paid automatically, manually pay through the parent portal, use our drop box in the studio, or pay at the front desk during business hours. We accept credit cards, checks, or cash. If you would like to take advantage of our 2 and 4 payment options, your account MUST be set to AUTO PAY. 


How do I choose/change my payment options? You can choose/change your payment options by logging into your parent portal: https://app.jackrabbitclass.com/portal/ppLogin.asp?id=513595   or by sending us a request via email, or in person at our front desk.


Are fees per family, or per student? Tuition fees are per student. Registration fees, recital fees, payment plan fees, and late fees are per family.

 

How often will you charge me a registration fee? Registration fees are charged once per full season (September - August). 


How much are costumes? We do our best to keep costume costs to a minimum. One of the ways we do this include sharing costumes with like level classes. For example, Jazz Beg I, Ballet Beg I, and Tap Beg I would share the same costume -- which saves you money! We also look for reasonably priced costumes. Our costumes range from $30 - $75 per costume. 


What is included in my recital fee? Unlimited tickets, programs, and any dress rehearsal time are all included in your recital fee.
